The following recipe is by far the best peanut butter fudge I have ever eaten. It is so creamy and yet rich in peanut butter flavor, oh yes I could eat the entire pan, I love it while it is still a bit warm.
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1-1/3 Cups Peanut Butter
7 OZ. Container of Marshmallow Fluff
Prepare an 8"X8" pan by spraying or coating with butter, I personally rub with butter. In a medium sized saucepan bring sugar, milk and vanilla to boil. Boil for about 5 minutes, remove from heat and quickly add the peanut butter and marshmallow and stir well, until blended.
This must be done quickly as the fudge will start to harden.
Pour into prepared pan. And smooth off allow to cool for several hours before cutting into squares.
Enjoy and be careful this stuff is addictive.
