When asked to review this e-book, I was very excited, we use our slow cooker, better known to many of us as a crock pot quite often in our home.
First let me tell you I did not really think the recipes in the book are for loosing weight by any mans. Lots of fattening items added!
It is very simple and quite easy to understand. The book is very nice in the fact that there are traditional type dishes as well as deserts also. the book is well divided into chapters although there are NO pictures in this book.
